ASHBA News: Annual Meeting Voting

Eligible voters will receive an email from [email protected] and a letter with voting instructions. Simply Voting Inc. has been hired as the independent third-party election provider. Voters will be provided with their membership number and a unique pin number. Voters will be able to vote online by visiting the secure voting site or via phone using their unique identifiers. You are responsible for conducting your vote prior to the official end date and time to be officially tallied.
Voting will open by electronic ballot at 11:00 AM Eastern on January 21, 2026. Voting will remain open until 8:00 PM Eastern on February 12, 2026.
No voting will occur at the Annual Meeting and all voters are responsible for casting their votes using the Simply Voting software.
